sat on the floor of her apartment weeping from the pain of a broken
heart. She had recently ended a relationship with a young man
who cheated on her. As she tried to release the excruciating
pain from yet another lost relationship, she wondered if she would
ever find someone who would really love her. Her own search
for a mate wasn't working.
As the weeping occurred nightly she cried out to God to heal her
broken heart. Although she felt alone and abandoned, God was
there.
Gradually as time progressed and she began to heal, she found
herself wondering if there could possibly be someone out there for
her. As she sat with her eyes closed in prayer she heard God's
still, small voice say, "tonight pray for me to send you a mate".
She walked into her bedroom kneeled at the bed and said a very
short, heart-felt prayer asking God to send her a mate. God's
response to her prayer led her on a journey that would reveal to her
how to receive God's mate for her life.
